Delgado Family Photos
Above-my grandfather, Indalecio Delgado, in 1923, as of Mayor of Villa Garcia, Zacatecas. My grandmother (mama Cuca), center, met him on one of her many visits to see her maternal grandparents, the Macias'. Yndalesio never knew my father. Right is mama Cuca and her friend Lola. The two were good friends in Aguascalientes. Lola came to the US with my grandmother and helped raise my father. They emigrated in 1916. My father would say he had two mothers.  My dad grew up as a Medina but changed his name to Delgado when he found out that about his father. Below left is mama Cuca little, Gabriel, my dad's little brother, who died in a fire, and my dad in front. Center is my dad at age five. Right-mama Lola, my dad and my grandmother.

Above-my father and girlfriends at Lake Urbitas.  He was a sharp dresser in his youth, but my mother says he never  dressed up much after they married.
